Yusen Logistics has announced it has acquired another logistics company, Tibett, a subsidiary of UK-based Kenswick Enterprises Group.
Yusen, based in Japan, is seemingly attempting to extend its influence in Europe as it buys Tibett, based in Bucharest, Romania.
The Japanese company has stated that the acquisition will allow it to reach into the Romanian market.
