Turkish Cargo has increased its freighter capacity into Vietnam after adding a service to Ho Chi Minh City – complementing its Hanoi freighter route it started in 2015.
Flights to Ho Chi Minh, which the carrier said has high export potential and a significant cargo traffic with the European market, will be operated by a Boeing 777 Freighter.
Turkish Cargo said Ho Chi Minh City has a strong Europe-based export market consisting of electrical equipment, fuel, oil, accessories and textile products, chemical products for machineries and nuclear equipment.
With a population of nearly 10 million, Ho Chi Minh City’s main imports include electronic items, machinery and equipment, fuel, oil, iron and steel products, and plastics.
