Liege Airport, one of the leading freight airports in Europe, has today appointed Mr. Torsten Wefers as VP Marketing & Sales.
Mr. Wefers joins the Executive Committee of the company.
Torsten Wefers is well-known in air cargo transport circles and in the airport sector.
Laurent Jossart, CEO of Liege Airport, believes that Torsten Wefers has all the qualities needed to take over marketing and sales management at Liege Airport: “Torsten has extensive experience in air freight, marketing and business relations.
“Throughout his career, initially at Düsseldorf Airport, then at Cologne Airport, he has demonstrated his thorough knowledge of air transport, cargo and the logistics chain.
“Torsten will help us in coordinating development with our environmental master plan.”
