Prague Airport handler Skyport has been bought by infrastructure investment firm Ventus and Singapore company Sky Logistica for an undisclosed sum.
The deal includes approximately 20,000 sqm of airside property, as well as Skyport’s air cargo handling operations at Prague Airport in the Czech Republic where it processes more than half of all cargo.
