SASI Air Cargo Professional Advancement programme receives coveted certification from CILT

Strategic Aviation Solutions International (SASI) has become the first aviation-related company to receive the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) accreditation for its Air Cargo Professional Advancement training programme.

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) International was formed in 1919 and was granted its Royal Charter in 1926. CILT (UK) aims to add value to the individual and corporate members by enhancing their knowledge, careers, and businesses by setting, supporting and delivering professional standards and education and by promoting Logistics, Transport and their associated supply chains to society as a whole.

This accreditation is a benchmark for quality standards and it recognises the professional standards of the Air Cargo Professional Advancement programme. It will also provide our participants with the opportunities to gain further experience required for Chartered status for their Continuous Professional Development.

The Air Cargo Professional Advancement programme is aimed at all levels of management and emerging leaders in the air cargo supply chain and anyone interested in learning more about supply chain management and aviation.

Experienced cargo and learning practitioners facilitate a range of diverse topics relevant to the successful management of the air cargo business. Key compliance, commercial, financial and leadership requirements for all the players in the air cargo supply chain are covered in this workshop. This programme provides participants with the critical work skills through engaging activities and peer learning to support innovative thinking and practical results in the workplace

“We are proud to receive this accreditation as it gives SASI further impetus to enhance its strategic value to our partners and clients in all fields of the industry,” comments Stan Wraight, President and CEO of SASI.

SASI is engaged in global consulting, management, and learning and development services for airlines, airports, logistics, international trade organisations, and financial institutions.

The CILT is the independent international professional body for individuals and organisations associated with logistics and transport. It has over 33,000 members across more than 33 countries worldwide.
