The 25th of September 2013 saw the launch of the Pharmaceuticals in the Cool Chain Conference on behalf of the Cool Chain Association “a global non-profit” organisation (CCA) for the temperature sensitive supply chain sector.

The theme of the conference focused on ‘The Pharma Cool Logistics Supply Chain’ – with speakers, panel discussions as well as round table discussions issues at the forefront of the Industry.

Eminent speakers from the world’s airlines, airports, seaports, freight forwarders and pharmaceutical companies provided in-depth insights into this specialised and important sector and show how valuable lessons in healthcare logistics can be applied to perishables.
