LATAM Airlines Group has reached a preliminary agreement for the sale of its stake of Mexican cargo carrier Aerotransportes Mas de Carga (Mas Air) to a group led by current shareholders of the company.
The airline group says if the conditions stipulated in the agreement are met, the transaction is expected to be completed in early August of this year.
LATAM Airlines Group did not mention the transaction amount.
