Nordic express freight and courier firm the Jetpak Group has acquired the Belgium air express logistics company Right Away.
The company’s chief executive officer, Kenneth Marx said in a release on the Jeptak website that it was part of its European growth strategy. No financial details of the deal were revealed.
He added Right Away is a small-sized Air express company and has an annual revenue of €4million and is located at Brussels Airport.
Jetpak has operations across the Nordics, but also in Poland, the Netherlands, UK and in the Baltics. Jetpak is represented in more than 140 locations in the Nordics and Europe.
