Chapman Freeborn expands courier office network to Los Angeles

On-board courier firm Chapman Freeborn OBC expands its network of offices to Los Angeles with the goal of helping to provide dedicated support for customers in the US market.

Launching in Germany in 2006, Chapman Freeborn OBC has grown and incresed its global footprint – recruiting teams of couriers and opening a second operations hub in Hong Kong to serve the Asian market.

“The new US-based office will elevate the global network of experienced staff who are dedicated to delivering time-critical transport solutions around-the-clock,” A spokesperson said.

“This move is a further step in our strategy as market leaders.” Added Nikolai Bergmann, Chapman Freeborn OBC.

“We already have a substantial client base in the US and the opening of the new sales and operations centre in Los Angeles will enhance our presence and provide a strong support base for our customers.

“Working in combination with our hubs in Europe and Asia, the launch of our US business means we now offer real-time support and 24/7/365 coverage on a global basis.”

Rob Alleman, head of operations for Los Angeles, said: “Expanding our global presence is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the most comprehensive solutions to our clients. Los Angeles is one of the most diverse and vibrant global cities on the planet, we have an amazing talent pool here with a location that is convenient for our clients in time-critical industries.

“Opening the LA office is a perfect way for us to expand our high standards of service delivery and we’re thrilled to be here.”
