CargoLogic Germany receives AOC from German civil aviation authority

CargoLogic Germany has received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the German civil aviation authority, paving the way for the freighter carrier to start commercial operations.

The airline is based at Leipzig-Halle Airport will focus on providing short-term capacity to customers across Europe and aims to offer express air cargo services to integrators and e-commerce providers.

CargoLogic Germany said that it has generated “considerable commercial interest” since receiving its non-commercial permit in June 2019.

The carrier will operate a fleet of two Boeing 737-400SFs and the future plan is to increase the fleet to 10 737s by 2022.
