Brussels Airport has seen an increase of 41 per cent in cargo in March compared to March 2020.
The year-on-year increase in cargo volume of 41 per cent came following the cancellation of passenger flights in 2020 and represented an increase of 27 per cent compared to March 2019.
The growth meant the airport handled 74,000 tonnes of cargo while full cargo traffic grew by 73 per cent with the growth shared by all airlines.
