American Airlines launches new London to Seattle route from Heathrow

American Airlines is launching a new route from London’s Heathrow to Seattle as it reintroduces 10 of its transatlantic routes.

The new service will launch on March 30 using a Boeing 777-200 and will initially operate three times a week before going daily on June 3.

The announcement comes as the airline prepares to reinstate much of its transatlantic programme which had been adversely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
