All Nippon Airways, based in Japan, have become the first airline in the country to be awarded CEIV-Pharma certification.
ANA’s cargo operations were awarded the certification by IATA as it the airline continues its effort in cool chain operations.
ANA has recently implemented training programmes, quality management, a new handling manual and a new structure to win the certification.
